Earl G. Clabeaux
June 18, 1930 - July 2, 2025

Earl G. Clabeaux, 95, a life-long resident of Gowanda passed away Wednesday July 2, 2025 at the Gowanda Rehab and Nursing Facility in Gowanda where he had been rehabiltating following a recent fall.
Born in Buffalo, NY on June 18, 1930 the son of William and Flora (Batt) Clabeaux.
Earl honorably served his country with the United States Navy during the Korean War.
On December 7, 1957 Earl married the former Ann Stacyszn in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Ann passed away October 17, 2022.
Earl retired from Stimm Associates out of Buffalo, at the time of his retirement he was a Construction Foreman for the company. He was a member of Local 210, Earl also was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Gowanda along with the American Legion Post 409 and the James Cruden VFW Post 5007 both of Gowanda and participated with the Honor Guard with the Post's. Earl was a Free and Accepted Mason his Masonic affiliation was through Gowanda's Blue Lodge; Phoenix Lodge #262.
Survivors include 3 sons; Danny E. (Denise) Clabeaux of White Rock, NM ,Peter N. Clabeaux of Plano, Tx., Richard S. (Kathleen) Clabeaux of Fairfax, Va., grandchildren; Danielle, Kristina, Raeanne, Carson, Garret, Jacqueline and Benjamin. Earl is also survived by a brother Frank "Pete" Clabeaux of Collins Center along with several nieces and nephews.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ann of 65 years, his son William (2024), siblings; June Silagyi, William Clabeaux, Eugene Clabeaux, Yvonne Tolman and Ronald Clabeaux.
Friends may call Thursday July 10, 2025 from 4:00- 7:00pm from the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St. Gowanda where funeral services will be conducted Friday July 11, 2025 @ 10:00am. Interment to follow with full military honors at the Collins Center Cemetery where Earl will be laid to rest next to his wife Ann.
