Wife of the late John , Mother of Rebecca(Randy)Painter, Amy(Jeffrey) Brooks, Teresa(Clinton) Hall, Steven (Judith) Andolsek, Max (Linda) Andolsek and Phyllis (Christopher) Osmond. Eighteen grandchildren along with many great grandchildren survive. Sisters Mary Pericak and Kathleen Michael also survive. Preceded in death by Sister; Patricia Utley and brother; Daniel Pericak
