Army Specialist Matthew M. Mescall participated in the Griffenwang construction project at the Combat Maneuver Training Center in Hohenfels, Germany. The soldier was part of an engineer group who helped upgrade weapons, ranges, tank trails, troop buildings, physical fitness courses, soccer fields, storage facilities, roads, drainages, and ledges used for fortification. Mescall is a heavy equipment operator assigned to the 94th Engineer Battalion in Vilseck, Germany. He has three years of military service. He is the son of Martin and Pam Mescall of Gowanda and a 1999 graduate of Gowanda High School. |
