The Third Annual Tri-County Youth Touch Football League opened their season on Labor Day.

     All registered athletes ages 7-13 were given instruction on the proper throwing and catching techniques. After the skill session, organized touch-football games were played under the guidance of qualified football coaches.

     The six-week program that is held every Monday night at the George Dispenza Memorial Field on Broadway Road in Gowanda still has a few openings. Previous football experience is not needed to join the league. Call Mark Benton at 532-4053 for more information or to register.
