Agnes Zynda 1922 – 2018

Agnes (Wolcz) Zynda, 95, of South Dayton, NY entered into rest January 12, 2018.

She was born February 14, 1922 in Gowanda, NY to the late Simon and Mary (Gominiak) Wolcz.

Agnes graduated from both Gowanda High School and Buffalo business school.

Agnes married Arthur C. Zynda following World War II and moved to South Dayton, NY in 1952. They owned and operated Pine Lanes for many years. She will be remembered by her family as a wonderful mother and homemaker. She was a parishioner and active member of St. John Fisher Church in South Dayton, NY

Loving wife to the late Arthur C. Zynda; cherished mother to Arthur Robert (June Cleveland) Zynda, Nancy (Edmond) Kirchmeyer, Kathleen Zynda and Thomas Zynda; sister to Jane Domagola. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Veronica Lesefske, Florence Wolcz, Theodore Wolcz, Mary Voncina and Herman Wolcz.

No prior visitation.

Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gowanda, NY
