Tina D. Libby, 57, of Flucker Hill Road, Forestville, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, at Buffalo General Hospital, following a short illness.

She was born in Gowanda on Nov. 12, 1964, the daughter of Fred Woleben of Jamestown and the late Karen (Gleason) Woleben Smith.

Tina currently worked as a winder for Gowanda Electronics, Gowanda, for five years. She previously worked as a nurse’s aide and clerk for the former Lake Shore Hospital, Irving for 19 years and also worked for South Dayton Supermarket. Tina enjoyed plants, flowers, playing cards and loved her wine.

Surviving besides her father are her husband, Larry L. Libby of Forestville; a daughter, Laura (Edward) Garrett of Hamburg; a step son, Jeremy (Michelle) Libby of North Collins; two stepdaughters: Tonja Libby, of Gowanda, and Deanna Libby of Forestville; a sister, Lisa Woleben of Cottage; and a stepsister, Cathy (John) Enser of Lawtons. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her mother, she was predeceased by a brother, Craig Woleben; and a granddaughter, Caitlyn Newcomb.

Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main St., Forestville, on Friday, Sept. 30, from 7-9 p.m. from where funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Villenova Cemetery, town of Villenova.

The family suggests memorials may be made to Lakeshore Humane Society, 431 E. Chestnut St, Dunkirk, NY 14048.
