Sandra J. Lilley

Sandra J. Lilley, formerly of Silver Creek, passed away unexpectedly at Brooks Memorial Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 7, at the age of 80, after a brief illness. She was born on July 7, 1940, to the late Phillip and Allene Farnham of Silver Creek.

Loving mother of Mark (Cheryl) Lilley of Forestville, Steven Lilley of Fairview, Pa., Raymond Lilley of Gowanda and Denise (Tracy) Howard of Cherry Creek. Loving grandmother of Brandon Lilley of Fredonia, Kira (Michael) Domes of Franklinville and Ryan Lilley of Springville. Sister of Darrel Farnham of Virginia. She also had a niece and two nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

Sandy was a 1958 graduate of Silver Creek Central School. She worked at M&T Bank in Silver Creek after graduation until her children were born, then dedicated the next several years being a homemaker and raising her children. She then became an insurance agent for over 25 years in Silver Creek and enjoyed taking care of her customers.

She enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends through Facebook and going for long rides whenever she could. She was an avid flower gardener for many years, while still at home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
