This Gowanda Alumni Address Book allows former Gowanda High School / Gowanda Central School alumni to post their contact information directly using a short form. In addition to the class year categories available for listings, a separate one has been provided for any school staff members, teachers or otherwise, who might wish to include themselves here. The chart below shows, to the left, the fields that are included in the submission form with an description, to the right, of of those fields. |

| Account Name | This is a REQUIRED field that is NOT displayed in your listing. Please indicate here the account name you want GowandaOnline to use if there is ever need to contact you regarding this address book account. |
| Account E-mail | This is a REQUIRED field that is NOT displayed in your listing. Please indicate here the e-mail address you want GowandaOnline to use if there is ever need to contact you regarding this address book account. |
| Edit/Delete Password | This is a REQUIRED field that is NOT displayed in your listing. Please make a note of your password in case you want to change your listing in the future. Logging in to the Edit or Delete version of the form requires a password and the listing number (which is is shown at the top of the page when your listing is displayed). |
| Name at Graduation | This is a REQUIRED field. Please indicate here the name you were known by in high school. |
| Present Name | If you are currently using a different name than the one you were known by in school, you can include that name here. |
| Street Address | If you want to include a street Address in your listing, enter it in this field. |
| City | This is a REQUIRED field. Please idicate the city or town where you currently live here. |
| State | This is a REQUIRED field. Please idicate the state where you currently live here. |
| Contact Phone number | If you want to include a phone number where friends and classmates can contact you, list it in this field. |
| Contact E-mail | If you want to list an e-mail address where friends and classmates can contact you, list it here. It does not have to be, but could be, the same as the official contact e-mail address listed in the second field. |
| Home Page Address | If you have an online homepage that you want to include in your listing, put the address of the page in this field. |
| Additional Comments | Any comments that you want to include in your listing, but don't fit into the available fields, can be included in this field. |
| AIM | This field has been provided for those who have an AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) ID and want to include it in their listing. |
| MSN Messenger | This field has been provided for those who have a MSN (Microsoft Network) Instant Messenger ID and want to include it in their listing. |
| Yahoo Messenger | This field has been provided for those who have a Yahoo Instant Messenger ID and want to include it in their listing. |
| ICQ | This field has been provided for those who have an ICQ (I Seek You messaging) ID and want to include it in their listing. |
| Photo 1 | You have the option to include up to 2 photos (up to 92K in size) with your listing. This field is for the caption of photo #1 (if needed). |
| Photo 2 | You have the option to include up to 2 photos (up to 92K in size) with your listing. This field is for the caption of photo #2 (if needed). |
| Header Description | The contents of this field will become the header of your listing. It should be set to indicate your class year by default. You have option of changing your header description if you wish to. |
